Maralen, Fae Ascendant - Flash Theme / Faerie / Elf Tribal by Benitex

Format: Commander

Commander: Maralen, Fae Ascendant

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Maralen, Fae Ascendant is the engine of a flash-speed Elf/Faerie value deck. The primary plan is to ramp with Elf dorks, deploy Maralen on turn four or five, and convert every Elf/Faerie ETB into a two-card exile plus potential free spell. Secondary paths are flash-value grinding with Nymris, Alela, and Slitherwisp, and a one-turn combat kill via Nanogene Conversion copying Scion of Oona. There is no true hidden commander; Nymris and Slitherwisp are the most important payoffs. The deck can still function without Maralen through token generators and flash draw engines, but she is the central acceleration piece.
