Ghatali Unleashed by ANTHO

Format: Commander

Commander: Maular, the Next Evolution

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Maular, the Next Evolution is a mono-green big-creature deck that uses its rulebreaker ability to play any creature with mana value 7 or greater. The primary plan is to ramp, cast Maular, and attack with 7+ mana creatures that double to 20+ power for lethal combat. Secondary paths cheat creatures into play with Natural Order, Defense of the Heart, Elvish Piper, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, and Last March of the Ents, or generate value through cascade from Maelstrom Wanderer and Apex Devastator. Maular acts as a combat finisher, not a mana engine. Selvala, Heart of the Wilds and Nyxbloom Ancient serve as hidden commanders, providing the mana and card draw to cast multiple giants in one turn.
