Nick Fury by Ajmls22

Format: Commander

Commander: Director Nick Fury

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai legendary-Heroes value deck built around Director Nick Fury's cost reduction and attack-trigger card advantage. The primary plan is to deploy a critical mass of Heroes, then turn a wide board into lethal via Captain America, Wings of Freedom and Firebird, Blazing Ranger's pump, with Warleader's Call and Hawkeye adding incidental damage. Secondary paths use West Coast Expansion, Avengers Quinjet, and Origin of the Avengers to cheat Heroes into play or refuel. The commander is a value engine rather than a combo piece; the deck has no hidden commander. The one extra-combat card, Seize the Day, plus Captain America, Living Legend gives a genuine two-combat closer, but the median win is a mid-game combat kill.
