Iron Man B3 by Ehsoteric

Format: Commander

Commander: Iron Man, Titan of Innovation

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a high-velocity Izzet artifact ladder deck helmed by Iron Man, Titan of Innovation. The core plan is to ramp into Iron Man, attack immediately (haste), and use his attack trigger to sacrifice a noncreature artifact and put the next-higher mana-value artifact directly onto the battlefield. Repeated attacks climb the curve into haymakers like Blightsteel Colossus, Cityscape Leveler, Krang, Utrom Warlord, and Wurmcoil Engine, while parallel engines (Repurposing Bay, Master Transmuter, Goblin Welder) keep the ladder running. Secondary win paths are artifact-ETB burn (Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, Hedron Detonator, Weftstalker Ardent, Weapons Manufacturing) and mass animation via Cyberdrive Awakener. Draw engines (Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, Vedalken Archmage, Thought Monitor) and recursion (Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Daretti, Scrap Savant, Scrap Trawler) keep the machine fed. There are no infinite combo finishes; the deck wins through combat infect, oversized artifact creatures, and ping attrition.
