Sygg, Wanderwine Wisdom // Sygg, Wanderbrine Shield is a tempo/tribal Merfolk deck built around unblockable Sygg and a wide, tapping Merfolk board. The front face is the primary engine, repeatedly handing out combat-damage card draw to an attacker; the back face is used on alternate turns to give one creature protection. Secondary plans are token generation through Deeproot Waters and Deeproot Pilgrimage, combat-draw via Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, and Attuma, and classic islandwalk evasion from Master of the Pearl Trident. The deck has no infinite combo; it wins by attrition with connected attacks after enough lords and tokens have accumulated.
