Ⓜ️ - Really Rielle-E (budget upgrade) by user8335076

Format: Commander

Commander: Rielle, the Everwise

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rielle, the Everwise pilots a looting-and-wheels shell that makes every discard into more cards and every instant/sorcery in the graveyard into a larger commander. The primary plan is to resolve Rielle, chain looting effects and wheels, and build a critical mass of instants/sorceries in the graveyard. Rielle then closes with commander damage, usually via Fists of Flame or Temur Battle Rage, while The Locust God acts as a hidden commander, converting draws into a hasty flyer army; Sorcerer Class, Glint-Horn Buccaneer, and Magmakin Artillerist supply alternate reach. Dense countermagic and instant-speed interaction protect the velocity engine, and the mana base uses deliberate nonbasics to fix red and blue consistently.
