Deck overview

Discord, Lord of Disharmony commands a big-mana Rakdos engine built entirely around his end-step ability: name a random nonland card, then cast a copy of any spell with that name, chaining the ability each time a copy is cast. The deck's job is to create absurd bursts of mana, land the Chimera as early as turn 1, protect him, and then milk every end step for extra rituals, extra threats, and extra value. The 99 is purpose-built for that plan: thirteen-plus ritual effects (Dark Ritual, Seething Song, Pyretic Ritual, Mana Geyser, Geosurge), a Cabal Coffers/Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth mana engine, a Treasure subtheme (Smaug, Wicked Worm, Rain of Riches, Storm-Kiln Artist), and a small protection suite (Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots). Primary wins are a gigantic uncounterable Banefire after a Mana Geyser turn, and combat with evasive Demons and Dragons while Damnation-class wipes clear the ground.
