Deck overview

This Izzet deck pairs Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar to turn combat attacks into explosive mana acceleration. Whenever Malcolm deals combat damage to an opponent, Kediss replicates that damage across the other two opponents as noncombat damage dealt by Malcolm. Because Malcolm sees a Pirate deal damage to each opponent, it creates 3 Treasure tokens in a single combat step. The deck leverages this rapid mana surplus to deploy card draw, protect its board with efficient counterspells, and dig into its signature win condition: turning an artifact damage-dealer such as Reckless Fireweaver into a Pirate using Artificial Evolution or Trickery Charm. Once altered, any artifact entering the battlefield triggers an infinite loop of damage and Treasure creation that eliminates the entire table. As a backup, the deck can ramp into Niv-Mizzet, Parun paired with Curiosity effects to burn out remaining opposition.
