Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is the deck's engine and win condition: she turns every noncreature spell into +1/+1 counters and damage, and her activated ability converts that power into one huge burst of red/blue mana. The primary plan is a spellslinger combo-cast Vivi, chain cantrips, rituals, and wheels to grow her, then use Harmonic Prodigy and Wizard's Staff to multiply her damage triggers. Alternate paths are a Dragonstorm tutor package that fetches both Niv-Mizzets, an Underworld Breach/Brain Freeze storm line, and a Hullbreaker Horror artifact loop. The commander is a ritual enabler, finisher, and backup damage source. No DFC commander; the hidden finishers are the Niv-Mizzets.
