Deck overview

This Kykar, Zephyr Awakener deck is a value-driven combo-control build that leans heavily into blink/flicker synergies. The commander's triggered ability-exiling a creature you control to return it at end step, or making a 1/1 Spirit-turns every noncreature spell into either a protection/reset or a token generator. The primary game plan is to accumulate value through repeated ETB triggers, eventually assembling an infinite mana loop with Peregrine Drake or Cloud of Faeries plus a flicker spell, then drawing the deck to close via combat (spirit tokens, unblockable effects) or a recursive win condition. The deck also contains a wizard subtheme that amplifies triggers with Naban, Dean of Iteration and Starfield Vocalist.
