This mono-blue control deck showcases a dedicated Jace Planeswalker tribal and mill strategy commanded by Jace, Vryn's Prodigy. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost cantrips and looting early to flip Jace into Jace, Telepath Unbound by Turn 3 or 4. From there, the deck establishes control by deploying redundant Jace planeswalkers, proliferating loyalty counters with Inexorable Tide and Contentious Plan, and deterring attacks with Propaganda and Lulu, Stern Guardian.
