Format: Commander

Commander: Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos is a mono-red political voltron deck. Its core is equipping the goaded, table-circling commander with cheap Equipment and using extra-combat effects (Godo, Karlach, Full Throttle, Genji Glove) to convert his ever-growing power into lethal commander damage. Because Alexios can never attack you, opponents are forced to feed him into each other, while subthemes of global damage (Brash Taunter + Blasphemous Act, Mjolnir, Descent into Avernus) and free spells from Etali provide alternate paths. There is no hidden commander; Karlach is an enabler rather than a second commander because no Background is included. The deck is fast but fragile, relying on artifact-heavy acceleration and a creature that changes controllers each turn.
