Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Angel tribal midrange strategy commanded by Seluma, Light of Aysen, whose rulebreaker ability allows including Angel cards of any color identity alongside basic lands. The deck accelerates through early tribal cost reducers like Giada, Font of Hope, Starnheim Aspirant, and Urza's Incubator, rapidly establishing life-gain synergies with Bishop of Wings and Righteous Valkyrie. On Turn 5, it deploys devastating aerial finishers such as Aurelia, the Warleader, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, or Archangel of Thune, while Seluma leverages combat damage to recur fallen Angel bombs directly from the graveyard. Backed by format-defining protection spells including Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, and Flawless Maneuver, the deck closes games through overwhelming evasive combat damage or a compact Heliod, Sun-Crowned plus Walking Ballista infinite damage combo.
