Goodbye lands by user8524468

Format: Commander

Commander: Omnath, Locus of Creation

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Omnath, Locus of Creation is both the engine and the finish line: the deck uses fetchlands and land-recursion pieces to triple-landfall every turn, converting the first trigger into a card, the second into {R}{G}{W}{U}, and the third into 4 damage to each opponent. Secondary wins come from Rampaging Baloths and Scute Swarm producing token armies, protected by a heavy stax/MLD package (Winter Orb, Hokori, Mana Breach, Armageddon, Blood Moon, Back to Basics) that destroys or locks opponents' mana while the deck plays from the graveyard. Zhao, the Moon Slayer sits in the 99 as a hidden Blood Moon commander, punishing four-color mana bases. This is a slow, controlling value deck that grinds out opponents rather than comboing.
