Deck overview

This list is a competitive Commander deck built around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary plan leverages rapid 0-1 CMC acceleration and high-output mana dorks to reach five colors by Turn 2 or 3. Once operational, the deck establishes protection with silence effects like Ranger-Captain of Eos or Teferi, Time Raveler before activating Sisay. Her ability puts Derevi, Empyrial Tactician and Emiel the Blessed into play, creating an infinite mana loop alongside Bloom Tender or Faeburrow Elder. Sisay then pulls every legendary permanent from the library, using Mount Doom untaps to eliminate all opponents on the spot. Alternatively, the deck can bypass Sisay entirely by tutoring and resolving Thassa's Oracle with Demonic Consultation. A dense suite of free countermagic, asymmetric stax pieces, and channel lands ensures the deck can consistently interact, protect its own win attempts, and recover from disruption with minimal delay.
