Deck overview

This mono-black deck combines low-curve evasive tempo, card theft, and a unique library-exiling win condition. Commanded by Rev, Tithe Extractor, the deck deploys elusive one-drop creatures like Changeling Outcast and Vault Skirge to trigger Rev reliably on combat. Connecting with multiple opponents grants deathtouch, generates Treasure tokens, and exiles cards from opposing libraries to cast. The deck ramps and tutors for Doomsday Excruciator using Demon-specific tutors like Demonic Counsel. Once cast on Turn 5, Excruciator exiles all but six cards from every player's library. Rev's combat triggers rapidly accelerate this countdown by stripping additional cards each turn while opponents naturally draw out. Free removal spells like Deadly Rollick and Snuff Out protect the board, while Opposition Agent and Dauthi Voidwalker shut down opposing searches and graveyards. Gray Merchant of Asphodel leverages high black devotion to drain out any remaining life totals on Turn 7.
