Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Grixis tribal aggro-combo strategy commanded by Edward Kenway. It leverages efficient Pirates, Assassins, and Vehicles to generate overwhelming Treasure acceleration and card advantage from opponents' libraries. While the deck can pressure life totals and seize board control through cards like Shared Animosity, Coercive Recruiter, and Admiral Beckett Brass, its primary win condition is the compact two-card infinite combo of Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Glint-Horn Buccaneer. The list is reinforced by format-defining free interaction, robust black tutors, and resilient graveyard recursion, allowing it to transition seamlessly between aggressive mid-game value generation and an immediate same-turn kill.
