This Grixis midrange-combo deck leverages Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin as a discard-fueled card-advantage engine that transforms into a life-loss draw monster. The front face taxes every opponent on ETB and attack while refilling your hand by card types discarded; the back face turns any damage or drain on your turn into raw card flow. The 99 supports this with dense wizard-ETB doubling (Naban, Dean of Iteration, Harmonic Prodigy), flicker loops, and multiple independent combo finishes-Dualcaster Mage lines, Rionya, Fire Dancer + Combat Celebrant infinite combats, Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Psychosis Crawler draw-payoffs, and Laboratory Maniac.
