Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya Cat tribal and Equipment aggressive deck commanded by Arahbo, Roar of the World. The primary strategy leverages Arahbo's Eminence ability to pump early, low-mana Cats at zero mana cost from the command zone, applying immediate life-total pressure starting on Turn 3. As the mid-game develops, the deck scales its combat damage using equipment such as Hammer of Nazahn, Blackblade Reforged, and Grappling Hook, alongside wide board pump effects like Skyhunter Strike Force, Jazal Goldmane, and Virtue of Loyalty. While the deck generates high single-target burst damage through Arahbo's activated power-doubling trigger, eliminating three opponents requires sustained combat across multiple turns. The list features strong engine recovery because Eminence functions even if the board is wiped, but its card draw and instant-speed interaction are limited, leaving it reliant on proactive aggression and combat superiority to close out games.
