Format: Commander

Commander: Rakdos, Lord of Riots

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rakdos, Lord of Riots is a group-slug demon deck that converts small, repeated life loss into massive mana discounts. Cheap pingers like Spear Spewer and Thermo-Alchemist enable Rakdos early, then Herald of Slaanesh and Ancient Cellarspawn compound the reduction so expensive demons like Vilis and Archfiend of Despair enter for a fraction of their cost. Secondary paths use global damage and end-step punishment to shrink life totals, and evasive flying/trample attacks finish. The commander is both enabler and finisher, but the deck packs enough redundant pain effects to keep pressure up even without him.
