Yidris Wheel (Secret Nekusar) by AceHole

Format: Commander

Commander: Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder is the resident enabler for a four-color wheel-burn strategy. The plan is to connect with Yidris in combat so every spell cast from hand gains cascade, then use that burst to chain wheel/draw spells. Nekusar, Underworld Dreams, Sheoldred, and similar permanents convert each drawn card into damage, while Megrim and Liliana's Caress punish the discard half of each wheel. Secondary paths are a Nekusar/value grind without combat and a modest commander-damage package via Rogue's Passage, Fireshrieker, and Invigorate. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Yidris's cascade trigger and the wheel-burn payoffs around it.
