Gisa Control by oscarmateo

Format: Commander

Commander: Gisa, Glorious Resurrector

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gisa, Glorious Resurrector is a mono-black theft-and-reanimation engine: exile opposing creatures through edicts and wipes, then seize them at upkeep with decayed. The deck also has an independent drain core built around Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Bolas's Citadel, and K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth, which can close games even without Gisa. There is no true hidden commander; K'rrik functions as an honorary accelerant. The commander provides value and army generation, while tutors and recursion make the deck flexible. Main paths: Gisa beatdown with stolen creatures, repeated Gray Merchant drains, and Citadel-fueled top-deck chains.
