Deck overview

This Sultai deck is led by Muldrotha, the Gravetide and strictly configured to meet the companion condition of Gyruda, Doom of Depths, restricting all cards to even mana values. The strategy centers on leveraging efficient 2-CMC ramp and self-mill enablers to dump game-ending threats—such as Archon of Cruelty, Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, and Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur—directly into the graveyard. Reanimation engines like Animate Dead, Stitch Together, Dread Return, and Winter, Cynical Opportunist cheat these colossal threats onto the battlefield as early as Turn 4 to 5. Once established, the deck locks down opponents' mana and hand resources while pulling ahead in raw card volume through Muldrotha's recursive casts. Without infinite loops, it secures victory by chaining combat steps with heavy evasive hitters and myriad copies generated by Auton Soldier, steadily dismantling opposing boards through unavoidable attrition.
