Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai blink and spellslinger strategy commanded by Shiko, Paragon of the Way. It focuses on accumulating incremental card advantage and board presence by flickering creatures with powerful enter-the-battlefield abilities, then leveraging Shiko to copy low-mana-value nonland spells directly from the graveyard. Early turns establish a stable mana foundation using two-mana mana rocks and land-fetchers, setting up a Turn 4 or 5 commander deployment. In the midgame, engines like Displacer Kitten, Soulherder, and Caretaker's Talent generate continuous card flow while sculpting a winning hand. The primary win condition revolves around compact combo finishes on Turn 6, utilizing Dualcaster Mage paired with Blur to draw the library, or Displacer Kitten alongside Peregrine Drake and Haze of Rage for infinite storm and power. Supported by mass permanent bounce via Temporal Fissure, the deck eliminates all three opponents in a single decisive combat step.
