Deck overview

This is a Treefolk tribal toughness-matters deck helmed by Doran, Besieged by Time. The primary game plan is to deploy high-toughness creatures and then leverage Doran, the Siege Tower to make them assign combat damage equal to their toughness, while the commander provides cost reduction and a pump that scales with the toughness-power gap. The deck also includes a stax subtheme with Mornsong Aria, which replaces each player's draw step with a tutor while preventing life gain, and a modest reanimation package to recur key threats. The win condition is combat damage through overwhelming toughness, with Woodfall Primus and Tree of Perdition offering alternate paths. The deck is a slow, grindy battlecruiser that aims to outlast opponents through sheer board presence and resilience.
