Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is led by Raphael, Fiendish Savior, combining Demon and Devil typal beatdown with aristocrat burn engines. The primary strategy accelerates early with low-cost mana rocks into a turn 4 Raphael, immediately producing 1/1 Devil tokens whenever creatures enter the graveyard. These tokens serve dual purposes: they act as sacrificial fodder for draw spells like Deadly Dispute and Skullclamp, and they deal direct damage upon death. By turn 6, the deck drops massive evasive Demons such as Archfiend of Depravity, The Speed Demon, and Rakdos, the Muscle. Raphael grants these monsters +1/+1 and lifelink, generating massive life swings during combat. Opponents face pressure from both flying combat damage and burn multipliers like Mechanized Warfare, Fiendish Duo, and Mayhem Devil. The deck finishes games around turn 8, supported by reanimation spells and efficient removal to sustain board control.
