Deck overview

This Naya Equipment deck utilizes Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER as an aggressive Voltron centerpiece and card advantage engine. By providing native haste and an enter-the-battlefield trigger that cheats equip costs, Cloud eliminates the tempo loss typically associated with heavy Equipment like Colossus Hammer and Buster Sword. The deck accelerates early mana via 1- and 2-CMC ramp to deploy Cloud on turn 4. Once attacking, Cloud immediately draws cards and produces Treasure tokens if its power reaches 7 or greater. The deck converts this momentum into rapid eliminations through damage doublers like Mjölnir, Hammer of Thor, additional combats from Tifa, Martial Artist and Godo, Bandit Warlord, and table-wide pressure from Vincent, Vengeful Atoner. Robust protection spells like Boros Charm and Clever Concealment defend the board against removal, allowing the deck to close out the game around turn 7.
