Deck overview

This deck utilizes Kiora of Salt and Sand at the helm of an innovative Simic loyalty strategy centered on the Empower Jace mechanic. The game plan focuses on deploying Kiora alongside cheap ramp, then casting spells and enchantments that create and rapidly add loyalty counters to Jace planeswalker tokens. Kiora turns these tokens into win conditions by granting all planeswalkers an ultimate [-8] ability to summon 8/8 hexproof Leviathans, while simultaneously untapping attacking threats and granting unblockability whenever loyalty abilities are activated. Backed by solid Simic ramp, interactive counterspells, and targeted hexproof protection, the deck steadily outvalues opponents before overwhelming the board with colossal sea monsters and unblockable pressure.
