Shorikai, Genesis Engine leads an Azorius artifact/vehicle deck that wins primarily by drowning opponents in card advantage: the commander draws two, discards one, and creates a Pilot each activation, which fuels graveyard recursion and crews big Vehicles. The secondary path is a compact Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal loop for infinite untaps and mana, with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as the actual win condition. Combat closers like Parhelion II, Reaver Titan, and Cyberdrive Awakener provide a huge beater line. There is no double-faced or hidden commander; Urza, Lord Protector's meld pairing is incomplete, so he functions only as a spell cost reducer.
