Deck overview

This is a Dimir artifact-value deck helmed by Golbez, Crystal Collector, leveraging a constant stream of artifact ETBs and surveil effects to fill the graveyard, then using Golbez's end-step trigger to return high-power creatures to hand and drain opponents once you control eight or more artifacts. The deck's primary win condition is grinding life totals down through repeated life-loss triggers (Syr Konrad, the Grim, Golbez's own drain) or assembling fifteen or more artifact cards in the graveyard to trigger Mirrodin Besieged (Phyrexian mode) for an instant loss. Blightsteel Colossus provides an alternate one-shot kill via infect, and Y'shtola Rhul can grant extra end steps to double Golbez's recursion/drain. The plan is slow but resilient, with multiple layers of recursion and a modest interaction suite to protect its board.
