Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-green midrange stompy strategy piloted by Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea. The primary game plan is to accelerate mana on turn 1, cast Gwenna on turn 2, and use Gwenna's ability to tap for two mana and untap whenever a creature with power 5 or greater is cast. This mana engine allows the deck to deploy large, high-impact creatures ahead of curve and chain multiple spells in a single turn. Synergistic card draw engines like Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, and Beast Whisperer ensure a steady flow of fresh threats. The deck closes out games around turn 6 through massive, trample-enabled combat steps supported by overrun effects like End-Raze Forerunners and Thunderfoot Baloth. While highly resilient against single-target removal due to independent mana engines, the deck has limited reactive interaction and remains vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers.
