A Sisay in time by Fate.Wukong

Format: Commander

Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain is the deck's repeatable tutor and mana sink. The primary plan is to accelerate into Sisay, raise her power with colored legendary permanents (Susan Foreman, The First Doctor, Jodah), then chain her activations into a win. The main kill is Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to empty the library, followed by Sisay putting Thassa's Oracle onto the battlefield. Backup lines include infinite colored mana with Bloom Tender/Faeburrow Elder + Training Grounds + Emiel the Blessed into Finale of Devastation, and a Doctor-tribal beatdown plan with Jodah and The Master, Multiplied. The Eighth Doctor acts as a hidden recursion commander, letting historic permanents be cast from the graveyard.
