Prismari Artistry (Precon) by das-katzen

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a tempo-oriented Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Rootha, Mastering the Moment, whose combat trigger creates a scaling flying token based on the highest mana value among instants and sorceries you've cast that turn. The primary game plan involves ramping into Rootha, then chaining high-cost instants and sorceries each turn to generate an ever-growing Elemental token, while copying it with effects like Rite of Replication, Twinflame, and Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer to flood the board. Secondary win conditions include direct damage from Magma Opus and Volcanic Salvo, extra combat steps via Surge to Victory, and value from Goldspan Dragon and Storm-Kiln Artist's treasure generation. The deck lacks traditional tutors or infinite combos, relying on card draw and selection to find its pieces.
