Deck overview

This Naya deck is commanded by Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer, utilizing the commander as an on-demand tutor to assemble a resilient enter-the-battlefield burn engine. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost static damage sources such as Impact Tremors, Agate Instigator, and Molten Gatekeeper, then tutoring Norin the Wary directly into play. Because Norin exiles itself whenever any player casts a spell or attacks, it re-enters during every player's end step, generating continuous burn triggers across the entire table. The deck accelerates this damage using multipliers like Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, and Mechanized Warfare. It also features an infinite blink combo between Felidar Guardian and Restoration Angel to end games on the spot. While vulnerable to mass enchantment exile and noncreature combo lines, the deck boasts exceptional engine recovery because Norin naturally dodges standard removal spells and sweepers.
