Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact deck built around Lady Octopus, Inspired Inventor. By leveraging a high density of efficient cantrips that draw cards on both the pilot's and opponents' turns, Lady Octopus swiftly accumulates ingenuity counters. Once 6 to 12 counters are placed, Lady Octopus cheats colossal, game-warping artifact threats directly onto the battlefield without paying their mana costs. Key payoffs include Blightsteel Colossus, Darksteel Colossus, Krang, Utrom Warlord, and Memnarch, the Warden, often granted haste and keyword soup via Akroma's Memorial or Lightning Greaves. Supported by reliable blue countermagic and protective equipment like Mithril Coat, the deck seeks to survive the early game, assemble an overwhelming board of indestructible robotic giants, and eliminate opponents through massive combat and infect damage.
