Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Grixis Vampire tribal and impulse theft strategy commanded by Evelyn, the Covetous. It leverages enter-the-battlefield triggers from Vampires to exile cards from every player's library, building a vast shared card pool that Evelyn allows you to cast. The deck enhances this engine using trigger doublers like Roaming Throne and Panharmonicon, converting exiled spells into direct damage and board presence through payoffs such as Passionate Archaeologist, Don Andres, the Renegade, and The Lost and the Damned. A robust mana base and cheap acceleration ensure Evelyn arrives on Turn 4, often with flash. High-tier interaction—including Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Cyclonic Rift—protects the board while disrupting critical opposing lines. The deck closes games around Turn 7 through a mix of unblockable combat damage, stolen haymakers, and continuous aristocrat life drain from Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Twilight Prophet.
