Deck overview

This deck is a Jund forced-resource stax and group-slug strategy helmed by Vazi, Keen Negotiator. Rather than playing standard group hug, the deck weaponizes the Treasures it gifts to opponents. It accelerates mana through efficient dorks, rocks, and Treasure generators, quickly deploying oppressive land-choking stax pieces like Blood Moon, Desolation, Citadel of Pain, and War's Toll. As opponents struggle under constrained mana bases, they are coerced into spending their gifted Treasures, directly feeding Vazi's card draw and counter-distribution engine. Meanwhile, brutal punishment pieces like Bloodroot Apothecary, Mayhem Devil, Ancient Runes, and Mirkwood Bats turn every artifact entry, tap, or sacrifice into lethal damage and toxic poison counters. The deck closes games around Turn 6 through alternate win conditions like Revel in Riches and Hellkite Tyrant, or by burning out the table as opponents desperately crack tokens under severe resource denial.
