dorfs and drags by EvilSpartan

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads an aggressive Boros tribal strategy centered on Dwarves, Treasure generation, and massive combat swings. The deck establishes early board presence with low-mana Dwarves and mana rocks, quickly hitting Storied thresholds to unlock enhanced abilities. When Thorin enters the battlefield, every subsequent Dwarf produces Treasure tokens, which simultaneously pump the entire Dwarf army through Thorin's static anthem. The deck closes games by overwhelming opponents with high-power double-striking attacks boosted by Akroma's Will, direct combat burn from Dain of the Ancient Halls and Smaug the Magnificent, or an infinite combat loop using Aurelia, the Warleader and Sword of Hearth and Home.
