Deck overview

This is a mono-blue mill deck built around a 35-copy core of Persistent Petitioners. Teferi, Temporal Archmage is the force-multiplier in the command zone: his -1 untaps up to four permanents, letting the same four Advisors fire the 12-card mill ability twice per turn, while his +1 provides repeatable card selection. The deck wins by grinding every opponent's library to zero with Advisor activations, backed by Altar of the Brood and Psychic Corrosion to convert each cast and draw into additional mill. It is not a combo deck; there are no infinite loops. The plan is to reach critical mass of Petitioners, use Teferi to double/triple activations, and support the engine with blue draw spells like Distant Melody, Windfall, and Sphinx of the Chimes. A modest counter/removal shell protects the chain, but the deck is fundamentally a linear, commander-centric attrition mill.
