This mono-blue combo deck utilizes Gogo, Master of Mimicry and untap synergies to execute rapid infinite-mana loops. The primary win condition is imprinting Dramatic Reversal onto Isochron Scepter alongside nonland mana sources like Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, or Vedalken Engineer. Once assembled on Turn 4, the loop generates infinite mana and infinite untaps. This powers immediate win conditions, primarily charging The Millennium Calendar to 1,000 time counters in a single turn to eliminate all opponents simultaneously, or drawing the library with Triskaidekaphile to bounce opposing boards with Retraction Helix and mill libraries with Reality Shift.
