Nethroi, Apex of Death is a graveyard stax-reanimator that wins by mutating Nethroi onto a non-Human to return creatures with total power 10 or less, then closing with Craterhoof Behemoth or incremental drain. You fill the graveyard quickly with Hermit Druid, Golgari Grave-Troll, Skull Prophet and Grist, lock the board with Archon of Emeria, Thalia, Collector Ouphe and Drannith Magistrate, and use Nethroi as a one-card mass reanimation spell. Secondary paths are Syr Konrad/Dreadhound drain and value recursion via Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Shilgengar and Six, which act as hidden commanders when Nethroi is taxed or removed.
