Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue Wizard tribal combo-control archetype commanded by Azami, Lady of Scrolls. The strategy leverages low-cost Wizards deployed on early turns to immediately fuel Azami's tap-to-draw ability on Turn 4, bypassing summoning sickness to draw 3 or more cards per turn cycle. This massive card velocity feeds a deep interaction package of counterspells and bounce spells, maintaining control over the table while sculpting a game-winning hand. The primary win condition is an infinite mana and flicker loop combining Ghostly Flicker and Naru Meha, Master Wizard. Flashing in Naru Meha copies Ghostly Flicker infinitely, generating unlimited mana and repeatedly blinking Azami or other Wizards to draw the entire library before finishing with Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac. Wizardcycling tutors ensure reliable access to combo creatures even without casting Azami.
