Deck overview

This Boros deck is led by Ragost, Deft Gastronaut, transforming all artifacts into Food tokens and weaponizing them into repeated 3-damage burn triggers against each opponent. Supported by lifegain triggers that untap Ragost on end steps, the deck establishes a steady attrition engine. The list operates as a synergistic midrange deck that supplements direct damage with artifact beaters such as Traxos, Scourge of Kroog and The Vision. While it lacks high-end tutors, explosive fast mana, and infinite combos, it features reliable on-curve deployment, versatile creature removal, and multiple artifact generation outlets like Weapons Manufacturing and Piggy Bank. Its game plan focuses on chipping away at enemy life totals while protecting key assets with combat tricks and indestructible enablers.
