Ureni V2 by callybear

Format: Commander

Commander: Ureni of the Unwritten

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

A Temur dragon-cheat battlecruiser helmed by Ureni of the Unwritten, a 7/7 flying, trampling Spirit Dragon whose ETB and attack triggers excavate the top eight cards of the library and put a Dragon directly onto the battlefield. The plan is straightforward: ramp hard, land Ureni behind a haste outlet, and chain one free Dragon per combat trigger while the rest of the air force hard-casts on schedule. Games end through combat multipliers rather than infinite combos: Atarka, World Render double strike, Thrakkus the Butcher power doubling, Twinflame Tyrant damage doubling, and Scourge of the Throne extra combat. Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm doubles every engine Dragon, while Old Gnawbone and Goldspan Dragon convert damage into Treasure-fueled haymaker turns. Tooth and Nail and Underworld Breach supply high-end tutor and recursion lines. It is a classic mid-power Temur value pile that wins by sheer card quantity per turn - every Ureni trigger is effectively a free spell.
