Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Hero tribal build centered on enter-the-battlefield abilities and flicker engines. Led by Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., the deck leverages a low-cost commander that can activate his power-up ability to dig deep and cheat high-impact Heroes, Vehicles, or Equipment directly into play. The early game focuses on land ramp and color fixing to deploy engines like Guardian Project, Teleportation Circle, and Advancing the Spirit. Once assembled, the deck chains blink effects with cards like Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd, Photon, Lady of Light, and Silver Surfer, Cosmic Voyager to trigger ETB effects repeatedly. Threats like Hawkeye, Trick Shot convert flicker loops into direct burn, while Captain America, Team Leader and Avengers Assemble! turn the Hero board into a lethal combat force. With robust removal and solid card draw engines, the deck grinds down opposing resources before closing the game around Turn 8.
