Deck overview

This list is a competitive, high-velocity Toolbox Combo deck helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary objective is deploying Sisay rapidly using dense 1-to-2 CMC mana dorks and color fixers, then generating five colors of mana by Turn 4 to activate Sisay's tutor ability. Sisay's activated ability retrieves legendary permanents straight onto the battlefield, creating an adaptable engine that responds to opposing threats or pivots directly into victory. The core win condition uses a creature loop involving Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, and Emiel the Blessed to generate infinite mana. This mana fuels infinite Sisay activations, tutoring silence pieces like Jennifer Walters // The Sensational She-Hulk and Teferi, Time Raveler to shut down opposing interaction, Samut, Hazoret's Champion to grant haste, and Katilda, Dawnhart Prime to place infinite counters across the board for an immediate combat win.
