Deck overview

This deck wins by turning every token-maker into extra Squirrels through Chatterfang, Squirrel General, then converting the board into mana, cards, removal, and combat power. The ordinary setup is Chatterfang, Squirrel General, Cryptolith Rite, and Squirrel Nest, usually usable around turn 5 with the deck's large ramp package. Beastmaster Ascension and Triumph of the Hordes provide the main pressure, while Deep Forest Hermit, Tendershoot Dryad, Tendershoot Dryad, Scute Swarm, and Second Harvest scale the board. The deck also contains the real Scurry Oak and Ivy Lane Denizen infinite-token loop, but it is not reliably tutored or paired with an immediate payoff. Interaction is broad but mostly removal-based, and protection is limited. The result is a strong casual-to-high-power engine deck with a turn-7 pressure window and an ordinary turn-9 finish, not a cEDH list.
