Kibo Banana's by Imrik

Format: Commander

Commander: Kibo, Uktabi Prince

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kibo, Uktabi Prince leads a Gruul Ape/Monkey beatdown deck whose primary plan is to weaponize banana tokens and artifact destruction into enormous +1/+1-counter swings. The commander is the engine: it creates sacrifice fodder, turns Kibo's attack into a forced artifact sacrifice, and converts every opponent artifact death into board-wide growth. Secondary paths use Mosswort Bridge or Rishkar's Expertise to cheat out a large spell, or ride Kibo to 21 commander damage with Sting, the Glinting Dagger. There is no hidden commander. This is a midrange combat deck, not a combo deck; it wants to develop a wide, counter-heavy board and finish with Overrun or Return of the Wildspeaker.
