That Prickles by whittleguy

Format: Commander

Commander: Bristly Bill, Spine Sower

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bristly Bill, Spine Sower leads a mono-green landfall counters deck that turns every land drop into +1/+1 counters and then doubles them. Bill places a counter on each landfall and, for {3}{G}{G}, doubles counters on your whole board. The deck stacks redundant doublers (Branching Evolution, Hardened Scales, Vorinclex, The Earth Crystal) and landfall payoffs (Scythecat Cub, Evolution Sage, Avenger of Zendikar, Rampaging Baloths) to go tall and wide at once. Extra land effects (Azusa, Exploration, Oracle of Mul Daya) and Ancient Greenwarden multiply triggers. With no infinite combo, it wins by building an overwhelming trampling board and doubling it for a lethal alpha strike.
