Grave Master Betor by Justduff1992

Format: Commander

Commander: Betor, Ancestor's Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Betor, Ancestor's Voice is the engine of this Abzan lifegain-and-recursion deck: damage and life payments feed his end step, simultaneously pumping a creature with +1/+1 counters and returning a low-mana creature from the graveyard. The deck pairs him with Archangel of Thune, Heliod, Sun-Crowned, and Rhox Faithmender, turning every life gain into a growing board of flying lifelinkers. Bloodletter of Aclazotz doubles opponent life loss during combat, so a single large attack can end a player. A recursion suite of Eternal Witness, Priest of Fell Rites, and Cauldron of Essence rebuilds after wipes, while Bolas's Citadel and prepared tutors provide card advantage. There is no hidden commander and no compact combo - just durable, snowballing midrange beatdown.
